“And to Jerusalem, Your city... May You rebuild it quickly in our time as an eternal structure, and may you swiftly establish the throne of David inside it. Blessed are you, Lord, Builder of Jerusalem.” Traditional prayer during the Maariv service

A Mizrach, meaning “The East,” is traditionally a decorative image that is hung on the East wall of a home to indicate which direction to face when davening (praying), the direction of our Holy City of Yerushalyim (Jerusalem).
